These Terms of Service govern your use of priana.global and any advisory service we deliver. By booking a consultation or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Merchant of record and contracting party

PRIANA is an international property and relocation advisory. All payments for services booked through priana.global are contracted with, and received by, our Uzbek merchant of record:

• Registered address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Fergana Region, Margilan City, "Pichokchi" MSG, Khiyobon Street, Building 65-Zh (Cadastral number: 15:19:01:40:01:0632)
• Tax ID (STIR): 313322589

Priana is your counterparty for the purposes of these Terms and appears on your invoice.

2. Service we deliver

The 60-minute PRIANA Call consultation includes the following, delivered together as a single service:

• A 60-minute one-to-one video consultation via Google Meet, in your language.
• A written summary with recommended countries, property types, and next steps, delivered by email within 48 hours of the call.
• 7 days of follow-up email support after the call.

We are not a law firm, an accountancy, or a licensed real-estate broker; when your case requires those services, we coordinate qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction and disclose their role to you.

3. Price and payment

The regular price of the 60-minute consultation is 1 150 000 UZS. The fee is disclosed on the booking page and charged at the time of booking via internet acquiring. Refunds within 24 hours before the scheduled time are provided only in exceptional cases. If we cancel a call for any reason, we will reschedule at no charge, or refund the full fee if you prefer.

4. How you place your order

1. Choose a date and time on the booking page.
2. Confirm your contact details.
3. Review the itemised order summary — service, regular price, any promotion applied, and total due today — on the details step.
4. Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy by clicking "Book the call" (or "Pay & book the call" when paid).
5. You receive a Google Calendar invite with the meeting link, and a signed email receipt.

5. Advisory scope and limits

We give you information, professional opinion, and a plan. We do not guarantee the outcome of a visa, residency, tax, or property transaction, which always depends on the decisions of third parties (governments, landlords, sellers, banks). Anything we share is advisory only and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice unless explicitly labelled as such and delivered by a licensed partner.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your situation and goals.
• Give reasonable notice of any change in plans.
• Make your own final decisions on any move, purchase, or contract.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, brand marks, guides, courses, and any written materials we provide during an engagement are owned by PRIANA and licensed to you for your own personal use. Redistribution or resale requires our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us during a consultation is treated as confidential and used only to advise you, unless we are required to disclose it by law.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses (including lost profit or missed opportunity).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute we cannot resolve amicably will be handled by the economic courts of Tashkent, subject to any mandatory rules of your home jurisdiction that we cannot vary by contract.
